Teenager catches 2 tagged fish

June 30,2011 "15-year-old Zachary Campbell landed two tags at Bird Park Quarry. Campbell, of Kankakee, scored a double Wednesday afternoon by catching "Billy Bob" and "South Tec," each worth $200 in cash from A.N. Webber Inc. of Kankakee. He will also pick up a $100 bonus from the Northern Illinois Anglers Association for catching a second tag bringing Campbell's total winnings to $500 for the day...."

Derby Shocking day

June 22, 2011 "Derby Shocking day went well today. We got a nice mix of all species of fish, to be tagged by the release teams and returned to the river. Derby starts on Friday June 24."

June 9, 2011 "Aroma Park village Hall will only weigh-in fish till 2pm Mon -Fri during the Derby."
